AVV. ALBERTO RHO

Born in Milan in April 1959, he graduated in Law from the Milan Catholic University in 1983 and was admitted to the bar in 1988.
He gained significant judicial, extrajudicial and management experience in the corporate field, specifically regarding public and publicly-owned companies, public procurement, as well as concession of goods and services. With particular attention to the profiles that pertain to administrative/corporate law issues, participating in liquidation, merger and acquisition operations, corporate reorganization and in the field of contract law and local public transport.
He has been the legal manager of many strategic projects, such as, the transformation and listing of municipal companies, the management of the Copenhagen and the Riyadh (SAU) metros, the preparation of the tenders for the construction and management of line 5 and 4 of the Milan metro, the ATM/GTT merger project, the approval-design of the A31 motorway.
He has overseen the legal department of leading public and private corporate groups. Formerly CEEP Transport President, UITP member of the EC, member of the Assolombarda Corporate Law Council.
